  • Establish centrifugal & self priming (Axial flow) pumps division for manufacturing of hygienic pumps for food, pharmaceutical, bio technology, brewery, beverage applications
  • Established pump test bed with SCADA
  • Developed tools / dies for investment casting (lost wax process) components
  • Developed aluminium / teak wood patterns for sand casting components
  • Developed jigs, fixtures, gauges, mandrals for components machining
  • Developed MS to SS friction welded shafts for single phase / three phase motors
  • Developed electro polished pump components for pharmaceutical applications
  • Developed side agitators, top mounted agitators, turbo blenders, mixers, stirrers for food, pharmaceutical, bio technology, brewery, beverage applications
  • Developed cheese cooking kettle
  • Developed Open finishing vat (including track & carriage), paddles for cheese curd working
  • Developed barrel for milk tank van for Indian railways
  • Played vital role in selection, installation & commissioning of the following machines
